CIRCLES

JOYAA offers small, heart-centred circles held with care, slowness, and relational integrity.

These spaces are designed to support embodied presence, emotional honesty, and shared humanity — inviting participants to listen more deeply to themselves and one another.

Some circles are open to people of all genders.
Others are intentionally held for women only, where depth, safety, and nervous system restoration are best supported in a protected container.

Each circle clearly names its focus, boundaries, and agreements in advance.

This is a women-only circle journey that begins with a free opening circle on Wednesday 4 March, and continues as a four-session series.

There are moments in life that do not ask to be solved —
they ask to be met.

Love opens us.
Sex awakens us.
Birth changes us.
Death humbles us.

These are not topics to master.
They are thresholds we cross with our whole bodies.

The Four Portals is a women-only circle journey offering a gently held space to explore these great initiations of being human — together, slowly, and with care.

This opening circle is a gentle arrival into the field of the Four Portals.

It is not the beginning of the paid series, but a chance to:

  • Arrive together

  • Sense the quality of the space

  • Feel whether this journey is right for you

The Four Portals Journey — Paid Series

Following the opening circle, a small group of women will be invited into the full Four Portals journey.

This is a closed, paid series of four circles, meeting fortnightly on Wednesdays, 8-10pm London

18 March * 1 April * 15 April * 29 April 2026

  • Love — attachment, longing, heartbreak, devotion

  • Sex — desire, boundaries, pleasure, shame, life force

  • Birth — creation, rebirth, becoming

  • Death — endings, grief, surrender, remembrance

The journey begins two weeks after the opening circle.

Details, dates, and payment information will be shared during the opening circle and via follow-up email. This circle is held exclusively for women.

Why Women-Only

This circle is held exclusively for women.

The themes explored in the Four Portals — intimacy, sexuality, creation, loss, identity, and becoming — are deeply shaped by women’s embodied, cultural, and relational lives.

This container is intentionally women-only to support:

  • Nervous system safety

  • Emotional honesty

  • Depth of listening

  • Freedom from self-monitoring

This is not a space for fixing, performing, or bypassing — but for presence.
