In these terms, “you” refers to the “User” and any person using our Services. “We” refers to JOYAA..

• In order to use any of our Services, you must first agree to our Terms. You may not use any of our Services if you do not accept our Terms. You can either click “agree” to “Terms” when purchasing any service or offering or by actually using any service or offering. You use of our services and offerings constitutes an agreement to our Terms from that point onwards, incuding any appropriate amendments and updates, as updated here.

• All information presented by the JOYAA, including our online and in-person events is presented as a general service. We are not responsible for the Content shared by any speaker or contributor to our website and in-person gatherings and they do not necessarily represent our official viewpoint or policy, unless expressly stated.

• By watching our content and participating in our events (in-person and online) you agree to take full responsibility for your own learning and the wellbeing of your own families. We do not offer medical advice - please do consult with experienced and trained professionals if you are suffering from any health condition.

• All content is offered in good faith and by purchasing our masterclasses, courses and programmes, you agree to exercise sound judgment and to take sole responsibility for any choices you make as a result of listening to either the live broadcast or recordings.

• You may not use any materials presented on our site for commercial gain. You are welcome to share for educational purposes, provided you also always include links to the original content on our platform. You also indemnify JOYAA and Priya Mahtani from any liability arising from any use of our content.

• All our events are offered to you in good faith. We may need to change a speaker or contributor at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances - particularly for our live summits and online conferences. By purchasing a ticket for an event from us - you accept that we are doing our very best to offer you an alternative speaker or presenter and do not offer refunds in the event that we have to make a change to the programme.

Your Contributions/Participation:

• By sharing your contributions with us you agree that you have full rights to share any content with us and that everything you share is to the best of your knowledge an accurate representation of your understanding and true and that you have full permission to share the same.

• You agree that everything you share with us on our social media platform, online and in-person events shall be deemed to be public information and any insights, reflections, tools, practices, techniques and contributions you grant JOYAA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide license for your submissions, including without limitation the license rights to copy, adapt, distribute, reproduce, edit and incorporate into a collective work.

• You also agree that JOYAA will not financially compensate you for your submissions and that we may share them for any purpose in the future, including without limitation developing, manufacturing, marketing and incorporating the content as we see fit.

• You expressly agree not to post any comment that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, including any content that would give rise to a civil liability or violate any local, national or international laws in any territory.

Disclaimer/Warranties:

• We make no claims or guarantees about any of the courses, programmes or events on offer (in person or online). All content offered is purely for educational purposes only and you agree to take full responsibility for your own learning and development and any results from any programmes you engage with here.

• We will not be responsible to you or any other 3rd party for any injury or damage to persons or property as a result of any product liability, negligence, contract, tort or otherwise or from any use of any of our goods and services.

Refunds:

• We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with anything you have purchased, we will offer you a full refund within 7 days from the date of your original purchase. By purchasing via our website, you agree to these T&C’s.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• All our content is protected by intellectual property laws and should you use any content contained with our site, you agree that it is protected by Copyright Law and other intellectual property and trademark laws and will always reference the source of the content, including a backlink to our website www.joyaa.org

• In the event of written content we provide for reports and other documentation, we retain the copyright for the content but permit you to use the same, provided you have written permission from us to do so and have settled our invoices in full. Incomplete payments invalidates the right to use our materials for any purposes.
